What to write about

A wrong answer or a bad solution. Send the paper and the question number. These get read carefully — a mistake in a solution is worse for us than a bug.
Billing, cancellation or a refund. See the refund policy first; it will probably answer you faster than we can.
Deleting your practice history. Include the anonymous id shown at the foot of your reports page. See privacy.
Schools and coaching centres. Write with the number of students and what you want to run.

Within 2 working days, during Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST. Anything about money we try to answer the same day.
