Delivery Policy

Everything we sell is delivered over the internet. There is nothing to ship and no address to give us.

What is delivered

Optimus is an online service. A paid plan unlocks features on https://optimus.ninana.in in the browser you are already using. There is no physical product, no courier, no shipping charge and no delivery address.

When it is delivered

Access opens immediately on successful payment — in practice within a few seconds of the payment gateway confirming it. You do not wait for approval and there is no processing window.

If it does not open

If your payment succeeded but paid features are still locked, first reload the page. If it is still wrong, email contact@ninana.in with the payment reference from your receipt. We will restore access, and if we cannot, that payment is returned — a payment that bought nothing is one of the two cases set out in the cancellation policy.

Where it works

The service is available anywhere with an internet connection and a current browser. It is built for students in India and priced in Indian rupees.
