Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of https://optimus.ninana.in. Using the site means you accept them.

1. Who we are

Optimus is operated by Ninana. Where these terms say “we” or “us”, they mean that company; “you” means the person using the site.

2. What the service is

We provide practice papers assembled from previously released public examination papers, together with software that marks your attempt, breaks down where your marks went, and offers worked solutions. Practice sets can be assembled by exam, subject, year and chapter.

3. We are not affiliated with any examination authority

We are an independent private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to the National Testing Agency, the Central Board of Secondary Education, the National Council of Educational Research and Training, or any university, board or government body. Names such as NEET, JEE Main and CUET are used only to identify which examination a past paper belongs to. We do not issue admit cards, results, ranks or certificates, and we have no role in any actual examination.

4. Question papers and answer keys

The questions come from examination papers already released into the public domain by the examining authority after the examination was conducted. Answer keys are checked against the authority’s published final key. The worked solutions, the diagnostic analysis, the chapter classification and the software are our own work.

We check carefully and we still expect to be wrong occasionally. A solution or a classification may contain an error, and a small number of questions have keys that are themselves disputed. Nothing here is an official answer. If you believe something is wrong, tell us at contact@ninana.in and we will look at it.

5. Who may use it

Anyone may use the free parts of the site. If you are under 18, you may use it, but a parent or guardian must make and authorise any payment. By paying, you confirm you are legally able to enter into this contract.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-download, mirror or systematically extract the questions, solutions or any other part of the site
• resell, republish or redistribute our solutions or analysis, whether or not for profit
• share a paid account or its access with anyone outside your household
• attempt to interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or use it to store or transmit anything unlawful
• use automated systems to place load on the site beyond ordinary personal use

We may suspend or withdraw access if these are breached. Where we can do so fairly, we will tell you why first.

7. Paid plans

Parts of the site are free. A paid plan costs ₹100 per month, is billed monthly in advance, and continues until you cancel. Current details are on the pricing page, which forms part of these terms. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. If we change the price, the change applies from your next billing month and we will tell you before it takes effect.

You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. Cancellation and refunds are covered by the refund and cancellation policy. Access to paid features begins immediately on successful payment, as described on the delivery page.

8. What we do not promise

We do not promise any particular score, rank, percentile, admission or outcome. What you get out of this depends on work we cannot do for you. We provide the site as it is, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you arising out of the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any examination result.

10. Changes and ending

We may change these terms; the current version always sits at this address with its date at the foot. Material changes affecting paid users will be notified before they take effect. You may stop using the site at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, please write to us — most things are faster to fix by email.
